I received the BoD Meeting Minutes from Scott Smith today (from his term), via email and have uploaded them into the Download Library. I also uploaded two Bylaw Amendments that took place during Scott's term to the Corporate Documents page. I think they are basically the same thing, only one is the specific amendments and the other is an entire copy of the amended bylaws. Just passing it along. :thumbs_up:thumbs_up
