Marco's Brother...Polo

Marco's older brother, Polo has been called out of retirement to help with this years production. With the economy like it is, lay offs occurred at the beginning of this years production run, but things have picked up a little so more help had to be called in. He's a little old, but a lot of fun to have around. Enjoy! Thanks for looking.

man your carvings are all really good. I like polo.. What do you paint them with?

Thanks Phillip and Kevin. Kevin, I use acrylics. I thin them a lot with water before I apply it to the wood. It's called an acrylic wash. This give you a color but also allows the grain of the wood to slightly show through.
