Make a Table!

I noticed the latest issue of Workbench magazine had an article about a contest they were starting. It was simple, build a table using one sheet of plywood. The catch was there could be no cutoffs, just sawdust (so the whole sheet of plywood must be used). They said edgebanding (solid wood or tape) was allowed. Now twist your brain around that one!

I saw that also, very interesting proposition. I think that you were limited to one sheet, but there could be some off-cuts left. I made a set of saw horses a while back that came out of one sheet of plywood. Several years later, they are still earning their keep. I would love to enter them but if I remember correctly I got the plan out of some magazine, so that wouldn't be right. Dave:smile:
