Missed this in original post. Did you buy a "Freud glue line rip" blade, some of which are only designed for 3 /4" stock?

Not tnat. Bought a Klingspor's brand 24T blade

if possible run 220 not 110

This is always the best practice for any motor that pulls more than 12 amps on 120 volt. In a home shop environment, it isn't always possible.
