Lie-Nielsen Handtool event in Charlotte

For those interested in quality handtools, Lie-Nielsen is bringing his traveling road show to Charlotte in May. The 14-15th to be exact. I've not been to one of these shows, but I've seen postings on other woodworking web sites and this will be a big event with lots of planes to try and numerous demonstrators.

I've already asked my boss(wife) for permission to attend and its a go.

If you have never been it is definitely worth the trip. I went to one in Philadelphia about 2 years ago and I am still lusting over tools that were there. I took my daughter and her fiancé with me and he won one of the door prizes(A L-N small shoulder plane:thumbs_up) and he gave it to me because he didn't need it to work on computers.

I strongly recommend this event to everyone.
