Thanks to Ken Massingale I've got me a chuck now:eusa_clap.Been wanting one for a while. It's a 103 from psi.I tryed it on a cherry bowl Sun. I mounted it up to my face plate formed the bowl and tenon.Moved over to the chuck, everything was going good until I had a "catch".There it went sheered of the tenon:BangHead:.Luckly it was flush to the bottom:icon_thum.A little sanding and back to the face plate.Pics of the bowl in another post:cool:.But most of all a big THANKS to Ken for the chuck.I'll try and do better next time.Man the folks on this site are GREAT!!!!

Chucks start showing the real potentials of turning. Great chuck. You'll be learning and finding new things to do and new ways to do old things easier.
The people on here sure do some amazing things. Way to go guys!
