There are several wonderful cane carvers in the Hickory and Charlotte Wood Carving Clubs, but their names elude me at the (senior) moment. You could try contacting either of those groups via internet or you could contact Paul Rolf, who happens to be the manager of Klingspor's, in Raleigh. He would most likely be able to direct you to some carvers who may fit the bill.
