I’m in. Sounds like my free time over the next month will be split between YouTube dovetail videos and my bench!
I’d like to thank Phil for his hospitality at this workshop this past Saturday.
we ended up with four of us attempting to cut and fit this joint. If I had to grade myself I’d grade it at a C. Plenty of room for improvement. Phil has the pictures of this event, and I’m sure he’ll share them soon.

Yes, a big thanks to Phil for his hospitality. The workshop was wonderful! Here is an image of my attempt which in my opinion is not terribly bad.

Agreed! Thank you Phil! I learned a great deal with layout, undercutting, the geometry of the joint. If @Graywolf got a C mine would be just barely passing! D-. Loved the challenge, glad I tried and look forward to future workshops where I can steal all of y’all’s knowledge.
