My name is Gene and I live in Hope Mills. I am a computer specialist by night and a wannabe woodworker in the daytime. I think I love my planer. Is that wrong? I'll go back to lurking in the sawdust pile now.

I live just off of Hope Mills Rd. closer to Raeford Rd (Ashton Forest actually) As you probably know already, this is a great bunch....
If you're looking for rough milled lumber, down camden rd there is a sawyer no more than 15 minutes away

yup, he is listed in the sawyer's listing.... also, I just recently made a connection with a tree service guy. going to have to pick up some cherry that might otherwise become firewood in a few months ----- no cost!

Hey Pete:
Eric Felt (Sawyer near us) will slab logs for us guys, either at his site or at your house. I had a sassafras tree that was cut down and he came out and cut it at my house, that's how i learned of his services
