Has anyone tried the new coffee blank on a gatsby kit? It is supposed to look like this...

...But my first one chipped on both ends(freshly sharpened tools) and wile sanding the second it went right down to the tubes.I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or is it just me?

Joe, I have not tried these - sorry that you have had trouble with them - I would let PSI know what trouble you are having with them - This is acrylic. right? With all of the other pens you have done I am probably asking a dumb question - but you where taking small amounts off while turning the first one? With the acrylic stoppers that I have done I water sanded them = don't know if that has anything to do with your 2nd problem
