DW735 Thickness Planer on Raleigh CL

Not a real bad deal on a like new planer (for $350) if anyone is in the market. (Looks it just need a set of infeed/outfeed tables.)

He may also be referencing some of the refurbished and closeout units that occasionally turn up from time to time.

However, you will not routinely find a a new DW735 on sale for much less than $500 these days. Used prices are always potluck and it is up to the buyer to make the determination as to how good a deal a particular unit is at a given price point.

The DW734's are an entirely different design and do retail for considerably less than the DW735. The DW734's are certainly good units, but for me the upgrade to the DW735 (despite the price difference) is well worth the added investment.
