situated in Fort Bragg, CA, one certainly won't have to go far to find nice forest. I think with the described available parking space, one could add on to the apartment for some decent living space....

I was picking something up from one of our respected elder members the other day. My boys were with me and one of them asked "Why do so many of your friends have smaller houses and bigger garages than us?" When he is older and moves out I will answer that question by example...

The only thing he has that I would want in my shop that I don't have is a line borer. All the other stuff I either have the same or larger.

Except a drill press. I have got to get me a new drill press.
