Delta SS350 Scroll Saw won't change speeds

This was caused by a capacitor in the RC (timing) circuit. I couldn't find a schematic, but tracing the lands found C3 open.

Capacitor 'C3' Type 2A102J

Couldn't find one locally and had to order from Radio Shack. Now someone will tell me that Dollar General has an aisle full :rotflm:
Radio Shack substituted a MLR102K100. Their product # 1182362. $.99ea and $6.99 shipping!

I've circled the cap in the pic below.
