Curl & Burl

I wanted to share a few recent turnings. The first two pic's are of a HF I turned from a piece of my large oak burl. It is 11" tall by 7" in dia. It is finished with deft but not buffed so that it would make a better Photo. I came close to entering it in a contest on another site. The next two photo's are of a curly maple bowl. It is finished with walnut oil and about 12" in dia. by 6" deep. Critiques are welcome.
