I sold some scrap copper about 2 months ago. At that time #2 grade scrap copper was selling a little over $2.00 a lb.
The laws have change about selling scrap copper. They now pay you with a check instead of cash, make a copy of your driver's license and depending on the type of scrap copper they take a thumb print. When did copper become a precious metal?

If things elsewhere in the state are like they are here, those of you building homes better place an armed guard on 'em until they are occupied!!

Hold off on selling any metals, they will continue to rise in value. Any precious metals and copper. The copper might be worth selling soon, its at $3.12, it will probably go to $3.25 shortly.
Two idiots cut down a light pole with a chainsaw to get the transformer and wire off it. Fortunately a PD officer heard the chainsaw at 2 am and investigated before the idiots found the power was still on. Um....... does ANYONE here think this is a reasonable or good idea?? The criminal mind never ceases to amaze and distress me. I'm convinced people will steal anything from anyone.
