Bowl sanding dohickey

I was reading something Daveo had posted as an answer to someones question about green turning and I came across this little jewl about making a sanding pad fop power sanding. I was wondering if any one has made one of these and if so how did it work out. Yes I know I can buy one but if these work it can be made out of scrap.

Making the sanding pad is one thing, but having it on a right angle drill is what really makes it work well, especially if the drill is reversible.
How's that for a sentence :icon_scra

Gary it looks more better but way to complicated for little ole me. Thanks for the link when I get more skilled maybe and have some rollerskate bearings lying around. It look good but like I said to advanced for me.
