2010 Taxes

Met with Jane Huband to file the taxes for 2010 yesterday and found out that NCWW has not filed before. She doesn't know if there will be negative ramifications, but I'm giving you all a heads up. So for now you know what I know.

Read and unexpected -- Doug, didn't we file last year based on our fiscal year 2009 data? I thought all of our financial information was given to our paid accountants back when we were filing for our non-profit status. Plus, I am curious why you answered "... expected :5sigh: "?

No we had not filed. The accountants were aware. In view of the small amount of money involved and the expected change in status there should be no exposure for us. The sigh was just because it is onemore thing do do and that it took so long to get non-profit status.
