Bandsaw Tire Question

Finally got to use my brand new Delta bandsaw today. After following the assembly instructions to the letter I started it up and it ran great, for about two minutes. A slapping sound behind the top wheel access door and I found the tire had come off the wheel while the blade was still centered...

Crown on a Bandsaw Tire

I need to replace the old rubber bandsaw tiles on my bandsaw.The old tiles have crowns on them. But, the new urethane tiles don't. The question is: Can I put them on? Will the blade track okay? Thanks for all answers. Have a nice and quite Sunday. Qui

Tired Tire Problem

Hi folks I got an old Sears Roebuck & Co ban saw Mo. No.103-0103. This thing looks to be as old as dirt. Tho with a good cleaning and a little crud removal, It seems to be in really good shape bearing and guides wise, but the tires are dry rotted. I recall a posting of a website...
