Any clear vue mini cyclones out there?

I see on the clear vue website that they are no longer selling the mini due to legal battles with Oneida and their dust deputy. Did they every get these into the retail chain or were they only sold directly from clear vue? I would like to buy one but perhaps I am far too late and will have to...

Can anyone give me any personal experience with Penn State cyclones? I am seriously considering upgrading from my 1.5hp single stage to a cyclone. My budget will be around $1000 and Penn State has several in that price range. I was also looking at Onedia, but solely based on specs, they...

CVC-12 Large CNC Router

The leftover MDF piece after the CNC Router has cut out one of the round partition plates for a Cyclone. All of the chips have been removed by the powerful suction of the CV Max Cyclone that services the main shop area.

CVC-11 Large CNC Router

This machine is in the main shop and is used to cut out the blower bodies, motor mounts and other parts. The units has a dust hood connected to 6" flexible duct to an 8" duct main running through the shop. A remote control below the CNC computer console controls the cyclone.

CVC-10 6" Blast Gate

A completed blast gate. These are made to fit over the outside diameter of 6" PVC S&D pipe, thus not restricting airflow at the junction like many conventional plastic blast gates.

CVC-09 Blast Gate Form

The larger ClearVue Clyclones are supplied with 6" Blast Gates. This heater and form is used to mold the blast gate body in a few seconds from pre-cut PETG sheets. A second sheet is added and a gate inserted for the final product, shown in CVC-10

CVC-08 Mini CV06 ShopVac Clyclone

This small cyclone accepts 2-1/2" Shop Vac Hoses and is mounted on top of any convenient container like a 5-gallon dry wall compound drum. It captures nearly 100% of any dust coming through it. See the ShopVac video at http://www.clearvuecyclones.com/Videos.htm

CVC-06 CNC Router at Work

One of the CNC Routers is used to cut out brackets for the Mini CV06 ShopVac Cyclone. The router quickly cuts a dozen or so from a sheet of MDF. The dust hood is a 6" diameter suction line that has to be throttled back to avoid sucking finished parts into the Cyclone!

CVC-03 Blower Impeller

ClearVue makes the impellers for their blowers from plate steel. Edges of the curved, reverse angle vanes are ground smooth and welded in their shop onto the back plate and a tapered bushing attached for the motor shaft. Units are then static balanced.
