    I won't try to get into details long distance, but: The FIRST step is to pop the breaker off, and then test to be sure the correct breaker for the wire in hand is indeed the one you popped off.

    Chuck in the headstock. Take the tailstock off for clearance. Make a spacer from the bed to support the work at the proper height, and feed the wood into the bit while it's resting on the spacer.
