Router Table Insert

Can someone recomend a good router table insert, I am building a router table and want something that wont sag. I have no experience with this so any help would be appreciated.

I have been using the MLCS aluminum table insert on my table with a Milwaukee 3.5 HP router hanging from it. (I tried the phenolic and it sagged under the weight of this router.)

It has remained perfectly flat.

whatever you do, don't get the Rousseau

I recommend these too, can route out an opening and not try and get the depth right for the plate

I've had excellent luck with the Pinnacle, but then my router is only a PC 690, so not much weight.
