File Upload not working

I'm trying to upload a doc and the link come back as page not found.

Bob, can you be a little more specific as to where things broke down in the process, what type of file you were uploading, the exact error, the category etc.

I don't get that far Bas. I click on the link labeled "Files, links, and photos".. then select "Upload a file" then a bad thing happens... "Page not found" appears.

Good, it's a broken link, not the download library. Try this:
http://www.ncwoodworker.net/forums/downloads.php?do=add&cat=

Alternatively, click on the blue Download Library tab at the top, and then "Add".

I did not, but it doesn't seem to have broken anything. I'll download 9.0 and re-do the menu later this weekend, just to make sure.
