I've managed to acquire a decent amount of this: http://www13.boschrexroth-us.com/Framing_Shop/Product/Default.aspx?units=1 given to me in exchange for a little "elbow grease" to take it apart.:wink_smil I've also got the Bosch/Rexroth catalog that lists all their really expensive goodies. I'm brain-storming putting together a router sled out of the stuff and noticed in the catalog that they mfg. a type of plastic that fits into the grooves for "sliding" applications.:eusa_thin

Here's the catch;

I'm not a "business" entity and they don't particularly want to sell anything in small quantities, especially to a hobbyist that ain't got money running out his ears.:roll: Does anyone know of a distributor or retailer that might have what I'm looking for at a cost a working man can afford? :help:

I just bought about $7K worth of that type of stuff for another project. You might look at 80/20 Products.

Reid Supply sells this kind of stuff, as does McMaster-Carr. There's no minimum order with either of those. If this stuff is a stock metric size, you might find that the 80/20 products fit this extrusion. You might find that the roller blocks are even better for what you're trying to do. Take a look at the sample catalog that 80/20 puts out for examples of what people have built if you need some ideas.

80/20 has an ebay store where they sell surplus, returned stock and miscuts. I've bought from them before. They're pretty reasonable too.
