Hi Frank,

To insert an Avatar, just go to the dropdown menu 'Other Links' at the top of screen and select 'Edit Your Details'.

When that screen opens, select 'Edit Avatar' in the menu on the left. Here you can select a picture that you would lke to use as your avatar for the site.

Hope this helps a bit.
