I am pleased to announce our Fall 2011 Raffle, starting tonight. It is one of our best fundraising events (for newcomers, we hold two each year) and for a $5 ticket, you have a chance to win one of 19 very nice prizes. Of course, you can buy as many tickets as you want and registered users can buy them online here on the website. If you are not a registered user, you can download a Mail-in Form, print it out and send it with your check to the address on the form. The drawing will be held on [STRIKE]November 15th[/STRIKE] November 19th and tickets will be drawn and awarded in Lot order (1, 2, 3A, 3B, etc.) untill all prizes are awarded. A set of formal Rules that defines the Raffle process and a PDF copy of the full suite of prizes that is suitable for printing are also available by download. The members of the Board of Directors are not eligible to purchase tickets. If you have questions, send an email to raffleinfo@ncwoodworker.net. Online Purchases will close at 6:00 PM on November 15th.

Here are the Prizes:

Patience, grasshopper, patience -- the website staff should have the links up shortly.

It's broke. :wsad:

Tried it twice. I may have accidentally bought more tickets than I intended, or none at all.

I will be in touch with our provider tomorrow morning to hopefully get things restored so you can purchase online. Seems to be a glitch on their side.

We have submitted a trouble ticket with our cc processor. Hope to have it resolved in the morning, Meanwhile take a few extra looks at the great prizes available. Please don't drool on the bare metal though:gar-Bi.

Tracy was able to sort out the issues with our credit card processor, and we are open for business! I'm going to have to disappoint everyone slightly though, I just purchased the first ticket and I think it is the winning number for the drill press. Or a gift certificate for Gregory Paolini's class. No, wait, it's the small router plane. But I could use some stuff from Crafts Supplies too. Hmmm, maybe I better go buy some more tickets.

You'll probably win the Clearvue and have to cut another hole in your ceiling. :gar-La;

Credit Card processing is working like it is supposed to now:eusa_clap. It was a glitch that the staff is working on. Y'all buy all the tickets you can. This seems to be our best raffle to date. Thanks to all of the donors and to Rob for putting it together, Bas and Froglips for their superior admin skills, and Steve Coles for creating this site!!
