Today, I was ripping some laminated 12/4 white oak to size. I was using a DeWalt/ Delta 7657 blade. There was almost no burning, and the cuts were jointer smooth. I have had this blade on my saw for about four months now. Best part is this blade, in the Delta version, is only $39.99 at Lowes. Delta item # is 35-7657. It comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarentee- unhappy, take it back for a full refund. I own a couple Forrest WWII's, along with a couple Freud LU84R's, some Oldham 40 toothers, but the DeWalt/ Delta 7657 is the most used blade right now. That is because it is on he saw. The saw is a Delta 10" contractor's saw ( from the 1980's) with a 2.0 HP motor. Leaves absolutely smooth cuts on 3/4 birch plywood also. Bruce
