Guitar speaker cab design

I'm in the planning stages of building two 2 x 12 speaker cabinets. I could really use some help on figuring out the optimum interior volume. Each cab consists of one fully enclosed speaker and one open back speaker. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Refinishing Walnut veneer speaker

Decided to sand out scratches and refinish veneer on a pair of speakers. So I hand sanded (220 grit) trying to avoid sanding through veneer. I was going to use Watco Danish Oil (walnut or dark walnut), but now I'm wondering if that will even out the color. Will the Danish Oil even out the...

Testing the sound quality at work

The Mr815's at my work, just wanted to see what my coworkers said about it. They were impressed as was I. I fully did not think that one of my towers would fill the building of about 2000 plus sq feet, But the did impress thats for sure.

Two tower speakers

My finished 9th grade smaller tower speaker on the right and my in work tower speaker to the left. Smaller one has 1 6" woofer, 1 3" midrange and 1 1" tweeter. Both with a transmission line box.

Cabinet Door / Speaker Cloth

I am working on a couple built in units for some people and they are wanting closed cabinets to house the stereo/DVD, etc... electronics. I am planning to use frame and panel doors with speaker cloth for the panels. Can anyone here give me some recomendations on where to get the speaker cloth...
