    Table Saw Miter Guage

Most miter gauges have a washer at the end of the bar to hold the gauge in the slot. I am always trying to lift mine out of the slot and am deterred by that washer so I am thinking of removing it. Are you a washer or non washer person?

    Marking guage 2.0

A year or so ago I made a marking gauge following the instructions from here: http://www.popularwoodworking.com/ar...Marking_Gauge/ But the only thing worse than my sharpening skill was my chiseling skill . The beam did not fit snug enough and it was sloppy when locked down. But I still really...

    Table saw miter guage clamp

I have a hitachi cr10a3 tablesaw, which has a 5/8" miter guage slot. Unfortunately it is not a "standard" size, and I'm looking for a clamp to attach to the miter guage or a clamp/guage to replace the stock one. Does anyone have a tip on how to make a clamp for it? Thanks.

    Hand-made Marking Guage

Hey friends, Just wanted to show you how I spent my satuday aftroon. This was a plan from wood magazine #158 Oct 2004. It was fun making it, I ordered the parts kit online and milled the wood. It is made from Maple and Bubinga. I finished it up with BLO and will sharpen the cutters after a...
