Surprisingly participation in these contests has never been very high. I also build a tool chest several years ago and had exactly NO interest in receiving it, even though there was a full compliment of hand tools worth at least $1500. I finally offered it to a startup school at a restored grist mill and they were very happy to have it.

I'm sure we can have another one built and plenty of tools donated if there was a real need.
