Here is an update for anyone interested in attending the Woodcarving Festival on March 21 at the Klingspor's Woodworking Shop store in Raleigh.

* Raffle of a US themed carved quilt made by members of NCWA
At 1:00 there will be a woodcarvers challenge where participants have one hour to complete a carving for awards
At 2:00 Vic Kirkman will give a special presentation on the process of creating an award winning decorative waterfowl sculpture.
At 3
o Ron Dowdy will reveal the unique process involved in designing and carving a caricature carving will be sure to delight.
