Got a new 52" LCD TV a couple of weeks ago and had to build a stand for it. Installed face frame
and side molding
last weekend. Case is oak ply, side molding is "raised panel". Ran 3/8" oak for rail and stile on router table. The first stile came up 3/8" short because the bit set was for 3/4" stock.(The bearing normally runs on the part that becomes the tongue on 3/4" stock) Scratched my head awhile before I figgered THAT out! After I added a 3/8" shim between stock and fence they came out right. Next step is to add mitered and beveled molding to top and bottom.(Glad I got new miter gauge(see gloat))!
