Who is supposed to light a fire under the moderators?

It seems that most of the moderators aren't moderating. Who's responsibility is it to light a fire under them or remove them if they do not want to be moderators?

That would be me. I am out of work until the twenty-seventh so I will think of a nice way to get them up to par.

I've been kicked in the rear a few times, gently of course, over the years to be more active. If I can help nudge, let me know. I'm trying to get AT&T to get my internet working better - frustrating.
