I'm sure there are a lot of people that are in the same boat as me when an opportunity pops up like this. We would love to take if off your hand so we can be a step further to accomplish our dreams of owning our woodworking businesses, but I'm just not in the right position to take that sweet deal off your hands (trust me I wish I were). I'm sure that someone though is in the right position to acquire it and it will be a blessing for both of you. I will pray that good fortune will fall upon you and the lucky person getting it.
