Thoughts Needed for the Misses

The misses has been fighting neck and arm pain for some time now. Even though it took some time to get her to do something about it, she had surgery to repair the problems. The surgeon said everything went well and she would start feeling better. She was very sore when I left and time will tell for sure. I am wooped, it has been a long day.

I have had great success with pressure point therapy but since the surgery is done some gentle stretching as soon as she is able will help.

Thank you for the replies. She came home this morning and even though she is still sore from the procedure she does not have any neck or arm pain.

Sorry to be late in responding Bryan, been away this past week. I hope she's improving daily and the procedure will have done the trick.

I am sorry for the late note, as well. I go through spasms of "in the workshop" then "online". Our thoughts are with y'all: chronic pain is terrible.
