Har Har, that also but more happy w/Pistorius Cyclone w/motor.
I was thinking Rocket motor !
Now you have to feed it and pet it and most importantly clean up after it.
...and name it George
I can neither confirm ...I think it is part of the Chinese Weather balloon.
