Stumbled across this on CL a couple of days ago.

Last item in list is Survivair respirator. Facemask is standard size.

I got some actual pictures.

Ad states they want $75.00 each which is a screaming hot deal.

Buy both, sell one and you will have a free state of the art respirator. At least they were a while ago. I have not talked with the seller. That's all I know

Please post some pictures and let us know how the unit works.

I passed on it since I have a beard and that does not work well with that type of respirator.

I can't speak for the survivalair, but I have a 3m PAPR with the helmet and flip down facemask with a belt mounted filter/blower and battery. All I can say about it is that if I had bought it sooner, I wouldn't "need" it now as I have developed a severe allergy to walnut, and an bad allergy to fine dust in general.

Please take care of your lungs and sinuses before your body forces you to. If you cant afford a Pentz design cyclone or you can't build one, then a PAPR is the next best thing.
