2 new user groups have been defined.

BOD
Officers

Also 3 new forums have been defined.

This one and BOD and Officers.

Both BOD and Officers can see this one. ONLY BOD can see BOD. Only Officers can see Officers.

Also, there are now 2 email Distribution lists.
