Neighbor asked for help getting this wrap spring clutch for his deck umbrella re-installed.
After struggling a bit with it, I decided to make a mandrel to expand the spring enough to get it installed.
First step was to expand the spring onto the mandrel with help from tongue & groove pliers.
With the help from two screwdrivers I was able to work the spring back onto its hub.
