This saw has been in my basement hobby shop since original purchase and lightly used for DIY projects. It has never been used in a commercial setting.
Included are the original 52" AccuFence, miter gauge, blade guard, push stick and blade wrench. Also included are shop made blade inserts for zero clearance and dado blades and cross cut and panel sleds.
The saw requires a 220 volt power and has been running happily on a 20 amp line.
The saw is located in Cary, NC. It is in a walk out basement. It is quite heavy, weighing about 540 lbs. Removing the table extensions, fence and possibly the table top will still leave a 350-400 lb unit to move up the hill to the front of the house.
A few strong helpers and a refrigerator dolly would make this a doable task.

The saw is currently being manufactured and a new one is selling for $4700 to $4900 plus tax. I am asking half price - $2400.
