SOLD: Jet JJP-12HH Jointer/Planer $2500

For sale at $2500 (<50% retail) is this Jet JJP-12HH 230V 3 HP in excellent condition.

JJP-12HH Manual for spec/other ?
Includes Wixey gauge for repeatable planing, and mobile base
Helical heads on first cutter head side.
Beds have always been coplanar. Kept in climate controlled environment for its life.
Conversion between between jointer is quick and easy IMO.

Logistics: Pickup will be from a walkout basement without stairs, grass surface. ** I cannot help load ** lists at 600 pounds. I have rolled this on to a trailer with two total people in the past.

I have that machine and it's nice. I don't joint too many wide boards, but I do occasionally plane some 7"+ and 9"+ inch boards and having 12" of jointing capacity is nice.
