Seems like a reasonable deal for someone looking for a starter saw (if this is the same as the BT 3000). I like mine.

I used a Ryobi BTS 3000 for several years a really liked it. It has a sliding table that worked pretty well. I bought the $100 accessory kit which added a miter slot, plus the router fences, mobil base, dust collection bag, and some other stuff. Reading the add, it sounds like they may have this too. IMHO, for the $$, this sounds like a good starter saw. With a good blade ( I used a Forest Woodworker II), it does nice work.
