It's not a Hegner but is a Sakura "Scrollmate" 14".

Not familiar with this one but for $60 may be ok. Parts are available.

It's supposed to be a parallel arm saw - so should be a smooth running saw. PS Wood site's price is $499. Still a heck of a deal.
