Progress on Workshop/storage building

I can't wait to have a dedicated shop space! This building will be 1/2 shop and 1/2 storage for equipment. The overall dimensions are 24X48 with a 12X24 shed roof on the far side. I started the building Memorial day weekend and am about to start putting roof metal on this week. Hope to have the shop complete by the end of August.

Hi Jim:

I am considering doing the same. I'm a hobby woodworker moving to the Durham area and my new home will not have space for my shop. I'd like to pick your brain on how you found land zoned for the shop, why you elected to use frame construction rather than pre-fab, and a host of other questions, including how much all this cost you.
