Anybody out there worked with Bamboo plywood?

I know: This is a woodworking site, and bamboo is a grass.

I was checking out another woodworking site, and one of the links took me to plyboo.com. http://www.woodworkersjournal.com/ezine/interview.cfm

I don't have a shop, and I wouldn't have time to work in it if I did right now. I'll be changing jobs here in a month or two, and I should have both time and inclination to build something. I'm considering trying to build a kayak. I've got the plans, but I don't have the lumber, fiberglass, or the epoxy yet. I'm debating whether to get a kit for the first time out, and try it the hard way on the second go-round.

That is what he does, I am sure he could provide you with a lot of good info.

Eric,
I am glad to see you finally took the plunge to post. I haven't tried any of the plyboo yet but it looks like they have some interesting products. Let me know if you need a hand making any cuts or with assembly when it comes time for you to start building your kayak.
