PhilS started a thread about how to use PayPal. Should we explain the PP procedure in the FAQ forum?
I'm thinking there are a lot of folks here that are reluctant to buy from members that offer PP because they aren't familiar with the process or are afraid to try it.
Of course, I'm not pushing the use of PP but a good explanation might benefit our site as well as our members.
Thoughts?
