Doug's link gets you to all members, not just those near to you (he meant well, but the procedure uses temporary search terms that don't show up in the URL). I'd suggest using the "Search Members List" under the Community drop down menu and then add VA in the state box and the name of the county you wish to search in that box. If you do a search on Fairfax County VA, you'll get the list of the 31 members we have registered from there. Just repeat for the other counties in the area of interest.
