New Shop

If anyone is looking to have a small shop or utility building built I would recommend 3 graham builders.

I am moving my metal working stuff into this shop so I can have my wood shop back and try to make some wood stuff again.

This was done over 2 days about 10 hours for them to build.
16 x 16 7 1/2" inside walls.
I am working on wiring now and we be picking up insulation from a insulation company and costing me $265 for the whole building walls and ceiling.
I post a link to the website after I pick it up and see how the transaction goes.

I had them frame in the window openings. Figured I will install them in the spring my self and save a few $
wiring has been started just have to wait a little longer to run the Main line. Going to pick up the insulation and get it in Then I will get the feeder lines done not looking forward to digging the trench.

They made teenagers for digging . I'm sure you can find one willing to work for some cash this time of the year. Shop looks like a great start.

Picked up insulation today. Google map took me to the wrong end of street.

Which you pick it up from different warehousea I picked up in Statesville from best disturbing
Pulled in gave them my name they loaded me up and I drive off. Had to call blue seal to pay for it after picking it up.

7 bags at 106.56 sf R-13 per bag. Total $262
