Nice find Mike. Curious...how fine is the plunger?

The plunger is triangular shaped like the saw teeth, the tip is very fine. I think it will work on large or small equally well. The anvil is marked from 5 to 16.

It's a saw set....used to "set" the teeth of a hand saw after you sharpen it.

I believe it is much better than the Stanley, it feels more solid and is strong heavy steel.

Now I'm looking for an Eclipse saw set.

They em have a second plunger that holds the saw plate.
