It's both Off-topic and DIY/Home Improvement. I could go either way.

My rationale was more archival than topic related. Someone searching for this info may have a better chance in DIY but if they do a global(search) it won't matter.

Hmmm, no strong feelings, but anytime we have an active thread in Off Topic that's not going down in flames I say leave it alone Be nice for things to behave normally once in a while.
