Looking for Teak

I have a friend that is looking for a small amount of Teak. Does anyone know where we can find any? Just enough for a small stool.

The Hardwood Store in Gibsonville has Teak listed on their website. You might want to give them a call or PM Cheryl Lewis and get her check for you.

I looked at Hardware Store and missed the Teak. Getting old and don't see to much.

Check w/Woodcraft. They have Cumaru on sale. It has many of the same properties as Teak.

How big is the stool going to be?

It will be used in a Shower, so not sure how big he is going to make it.

Ipe (decking material) is also a good choice for this application. Available at many (some of the better?) lumberyards.
I have a contractor friend who has used IPE with great success in showers (finished with Cabots Austrialian Timber Oil)
